PRICES
Prices quoted are subject to revision without notice. Orders are only accepted on the understanding that goods will be supplied at prices current at date of dispatch.

Every effort will be made to inform you in advance of any price increases.

RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods supplied remain the property of PROCESS SUPPLIES (LONDON) LTD until paid for in full.

SHORTAGES & DAMAGE
Whilst every care is taken to supply goods correctly any claim for shortage or damage must be notified within 24 hours of delivery / collection.

CREDIT ACCOUNTS
Credit accounts may be opened on the receipt of two satisfactory trade references. Accounts will only be opened on the understanding that goods supplied will be paid for by the end of the following month of delivery or collection.

Mimimum Monthly amount for credit account £250.00

For orders under £25.00 there will be a handling charge of £5.00

OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
We understand & will exercise our statutory rights to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms

A £10.00 charge will be made for a dishonoured cheque

Any discounts negotiated and given off an Invoice

Will not be allowed if the invoice is not paid by the due date.

CASH ACCOUNTS
Goods can be supplied C.O.D. or collected for cash, debit, or credit card at our Trade Counter. We accept all credit, debit and switch cards.

DELIVERIES
A delivery charge will be made for urgent deliveries by bike or taxi - normally within 30-60 mins.

All orders over £150.00 excl vat will be delivered F.O.C.

All other orders will be charged at cost.

National deliveries are available by carrier anywhere in the UK.

Overnight service for next day delivery charged at cost.
